To secure your reservation, we require a payment of $300 by credit card and completion of the Rental Agreement at the time of reservation which will be held later as the refundable security/damage deposit. The remainder of your balance is due 90 days prior to your arrival. A reservation confirmation including driving directions and instructions for accessing the home will be sent to you upon final payment.

In the event of a cancellation, there will be a 5% cancellation fee. Notification of cancellation must be in writing and received at least 90 days prior to your arrival day. Should you need to cancel your stay within 90 days of your arrival date, there is no refund unless we are able to rent the home for those cancelled nights for the same rates.

Check In / Check Out
Check In time is 4:00 p.m.
Check-Out time is 10:00 a.m.

If your travel needs do not fit within these parameters, please contact us in advance to make other arrangements.

Cleaning Fees
The cleaning fee of $150 is collected separately from the cost of your stay.  Please leave a check or cash on the kitchen counter prior to your departure.

The home is inspected after your departure. If damages are found you will be contacted and billed for the cost of repairs.

Lost Key Fee
A fee of $10 per lost key will be deducted from your security deposit.
